- Daily rates based on a 8 hour day
- Some flexibility if conditions approved by staff
- Long term rental rates are bid on by us after evaluation of use
- All customers must have valid drivers license and credit card
- Tow vehicles are to arrive with electrical in working condition to avoid delays and possible added cost
- Vehicles are insured by ICBC & driver is responsible for having proper GVW on tow vehicle
- Trailers are to arrive back in the same condition or extra charges will be due from the $500 damage deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who does not abide by these conditions
